Electrical Rewiring

Fixed wired installations in your home or business can develop faults over time due to DIY works or they can get damaged and deteriorate. In most cases a rewire will be more beneficial for the installation.
Many clients only discover that their property requires rewiring following a fault on the electrics or through having a Home buyers report carried out.

Many installations deteriorate over time and require rewiring due to the age of the installation and lack of maintenance. Generally, rewiring should be carried out after around 30-40 years of service. When the installation has been regularly inspected and tested with regular maintenance work carried out, this may prolong the life of the installation.

We are happy to carry out rewiring to our clients specifications (i.e. Fitted Drawings) as we understand you may require specific equipment, accessories or accessory locations.
Due to Part P of the building regulations, electrical rewires need to be carried out by a qualified and experienced NICEIC electrician. Many DIY enthusiasts try to carry out rewires themselves and fail to comply with the current regulations (BS7671).

Give us a call to book in a site visit with one of our qualified electrical engineers where we will go through all of the procedures to carrying out a full rewire of your property, leaving you satisfied with a job well done by a competent, NICEIC registered company.
